Goru 18M is a wine made from Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon. They select the best grapes from vines that are over 50 years old, planted at 900 metres of altitude. They are manually harvested and placed in 15kg boxes. Each variety is vinified separately, fermenting in stainless steel deposits at a controlled temperature so that it does not exceed 28°C. The malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels where the wine remains for 18 months. Goru 18M is a mature, intense and elegant wine. Overwhelming notes of ripe black fruit perfectly combined with aromas of the aromas of the ageing, which remind us of cinnamon, vanilla and coffee. It is the icon of the winery.
